After rumors spurred regarding Beyonce’s questionable lip-syncing stint performing the National Anthem at President Obama’s Inauguration Ceremony last week, many are looking ahead to February 3, 2013 wondering if her half-time show will produce similar results.

Photographed during rehearsals for the big show sporting a t-shirt reading, “I will live,” still confused as to whether this regards her determination to sing live or simply referencing one of husband, Jay Z’s song titles, she is inevitably making a statement.

Sources announced to US Weekly she hopes to “knock them dead” and will undoubtedly show both personal fans and football fans what she’s made of.

As half-time shows are expected to be, the performance will be quite a show, granted a $600,000 production budget, none of which will be going directly to the star. Beyonce will not be paid for her appearance; however back-up singers, musicians, and extras will be compensated out of the budget.

In addition, Pepsi is suspected to step up to the plate, as a recent partnership with the superstar included not only typical promotional ties but also a Pepsi can featuring Beyonce’s face and an agreed involvement with future events.

Still up in the air is whether the long-time band mates of Destiny’s Child will once again perform together on stage. Said to join Beyonce on February 3rd, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland will most likely accompany her in bringing down the arena with favored hits such as Bills, Bills, Bills.

Perhaps there is a comeback in the air? Talks of a new track titled Nuclear may come to fruition with a perfect platform to release such.

Whether or not it will be sung live, all will be revealed live, February 3 from New Orleans during the XLVII Super Bowl.
