More than 5 years in business
Lists(or links to) regulatory ID number on web site
No derogatory filings by regulatory agencies in past 3 years
List principles of the firm on the web site
Exceeds minimum regulatory capital requirements by 20%
Firm clearly outlines how it profits from client trading

If criteria cannot be reasonably ascertained by ForexTVduring the couse of routine investigation client will be denied a point for that criteria.
